new thoughts!
I'll start with breakfast again. i start tomorrow! i'll eat 30 grams of oatmeal every moring
(130 calories)
. then lunch in school, just some beans
(123 calories)
. and than dinner at home, salat or something else with a bit of calories. i'll drink tea, black coffe, water or
sparkling water.
ill make some tea now!
